Weekly MOKR Mastermind Session

Overview:
The MOKR Mastermind is a weekly event that consists of two parts. One-part M-O-K-R and one-part Mastermind.
MOKR stands for Mission, Objectives, and Key Results and it is a project management tool used by both small and big organizations as well as business accelerator and incubator programs to quickly get feedback, tracking, and mindshare on new projects.
Masterminds are when a group of highly effective people get together and help each other accomplish their objectives and overcome their challenges. Together, the MOKR Masterminds are structured to help entrepreneurs (both for-profit and non-profit) in the regen and permaculture fields move through each stage of their entrepreneurial journey with the help of their peers.
Working as a regenpreneur can be a lonely business. Regenerative projects can be misunderstood, underfunded, and generally difficult to navigate. Let’s face it, we are pioneers of a new economy and way of thinking that will help move this world beyond sustainability. Our entrepreneurial endeavors are the key to that regenerative future, and we need a support structure to help us make our endeavors a reality.
If having a support group to move regenerative projects forward sound absolutely amazing, here’s how you can get involved.
- Come visit us for a MOKR Mastermind Session
- Listen to regenprenerus like yourself share their objectives and obstacles
- Contribute by offering your resources (knowledge, contacts, time, services, etc.)
- Consider submitting your own MOKR document to the group and track your efforts alongside your peers.
Submitting Your MOKR
If you have a project at any stage (even if it is still just an idea) you are welcome to apply to become a part of the MOKR Mastermind beta cohort and submit an opportunity to mastermind your project to a group of your peers. To submit your project to the community and become a cohort member please follow the instructions and template provided in this Google Doc:
