The Digital Circle Services team works predominately in the Tools & Technology domain providing services to permaculture aligned projects, organisations and individuals. The services vary from web hosting of websites, open source apps such as Next Cloud, Open Project, Lime Survey, Baserow, community platforms and shared wordpress licences, etc. The services are tailored to the client’s needs and budget.
The Learn Team works predominantly in the Education & Culture and Tools & Technology domains and internally as a self-organizing team works within Finance & Economics and Community Governance. The Learn website offers to host courses by permaculture practitioners looking to host their courses in a safe and ethical space. This hosting service takes away a lot of the headache of creating and hosting own web spaces which can be costly and a technical challenge. The Learn Team offers guidance along the way and helps to promote these courses once they are launched.
Eco Hacker Farm is an organization that helps to set up and support, new and existing projects that combine hackerspaces with permaculture farms to provide a sustainable living space for people to experience a way of life that is not necessarily dependent on the system but using appropriate, open source and low-cost technological solutions. In Wandusoa Organic Cameroon Development Association, we train young people in the methods and principles of regenerative agriculture. Our 6-month training course, supplemented by 3 months of mentoring, not only imparts knowledge but also enables participants to apply what they have learned in practice. Wandusoa differs from traditional agricultural training institutions in its holistic approach, which goes beyond the cultivation of food and includes complex social and ecological aspects of agriculture.
Participants who have been displaced by conflicts in Cameroon are allowed to start their own businesses at Wandusoa. They produce and sell organic products, generating an income. However, it also serves as a financing model for Wandusoa itself.
Wandusoa trains a new generation of farmers who see the soil not just as a resource, but as a living system that needs to be cared for and protected. By integrating agroforestry, permaculture, beekeeping, and animal husbandry into the curriculum, participants are prepared to become leaders in the movement for more sustainable agriculture in Cameroon, sharing their knowledge with the community and thus initiating a broader movement for change.

At the moment, our work is mainly focused in Education & Culture, Land & Nature Stewardship, Health & Spiritual Wellbeing. IN LAK’ECH Permacultura is the project I co-founded with my wife, that serves as a platform to express and share our ways to live and communicate permaculture and regenerative lifestyles. We currently work mainly with schools in Berlin (Germany) supporting them with design, consulting, implementation of their school gardens, and offering environmental education activities in the process.

The Funding Circle is active in the Finance & Economics domain. I work on the grant-writing aspect of fundraising. This applies to local organizations, networks, and non-profits that seek to improve the lives of the community and the planet through utilizing permaculture practices.
The Permaculture community is excellent at capacity building: education, training, sharing of practices, and dissemination of ideas through networks. I work on helping organizations that utilize this knowledge and skills to articulate their deliverables and impact. There are so many foundations that are looking to fund organizations that are community-led and care for their environment. Permaculture has been that from the start.
