What is a community of practice?

• It’s a regular group with defined members – so we can build trusted relationships with each other.
• It’s open to people who are school sociocracy practitioners.

Each meeting we will discuss burning questions, and then a topic of the month.

November’s Topic: Acculturation, Onboarding, and Orientation to Sociocracy.

• Building the agenda: gathering topics from the group in a round
• Talking about the topics (in rounds)

Who can join?

This Community of Practice is open to school sociocracy practitioners. You do not need to be a member of Sociocracy for All to attend this meeting.
