Guidelines – Equitable Wage Guide

Description

A document to help collaborators establish what their fair and equitable wage rate is. This is used within the CoLab to establish fair rates for collaborators when taking on paid roles or tasks within the Colab but can also help others outside of the CoLab who are trying to establish fair rates within their context.
