Research Paper – Mass Mailer Comparison Study

This document looks at 3 possible solutions for mass mailing to be used by the CoLab. We are looking for a mass mailing solution that can use its own email address as a sender / reply-to. It should be cost-effective for this stage of the project and in the future. It should have good analytical functionality; how many people opened, read and clicked, which emails have bounced, and automatic removal of dead emails. It should also be GDPR compliant and have great, easy-to-use templates which can be customised quickly.
