Les Cercle de bienvenue is the heart of hospitality in the International Permaculture CoLab. We create pathways for connection, orientation, and engagement—so members feel seen, supported, and empowered to participate.

Onboarding & Induction: Hosting monthly onboarding calls and one-on-one welcome chats to help new and returning members find their footing. Please check the journey into the CoLab.

Platform Stewardship: Managing our communication tools (like Slack) to keep them clear, welcoming, and functional for everyone.
At the moment as part of the Projet Next Steps we are also:

Community Gardening: Cultivating conversations that spark collaboration across Circles and projects.

Resource Creation: Developing guides and visual resources like the How CoLab Works series to support orientation and engagement.
