All over the world we are seeing an increasing number of organizations that are choosing organizing models that are participatory, self-managed and “decentralized”. As these collectives, coops and networks are maturing, many of them face a common challenge: what does healthy leadership look like in the context of collective ownership and self managing organizations? How to overcome the common pitfall of a general aversion to leadership? Over the last decade, Peter Koenig has researched how founders organize and materialize their enterprises and initiatives, which led to the development of his “Source Principles”. In this conversation, Peter Koenig and Francesca Pick will talk about the potential and challenges of applying these principles in the context of collective leadership.
About Peter Koenig
Peter Koenig has been running money seminars for 30 years, using money as a way for people to uncover their deepest shadows. His research led to the development of his Sourcework, which you can read more about in Tom Nixon’s book Work with Source. Peter is the founder and creator of the Money&Business Partnership series of conferences and congresses.
