### An Experiment in Collaborative Funding for a Just Transition
*Join this call to observe and provide some input on the work of the design circle consisting of **David Cobb, Dee Washington, and Dounia Saeme, facilitated by Ryan Rising.*** Their goal will to draft a proposal for the process by which an “Initiatives Funding Pool” –currently ~$20,000– will be allocated to support work related to collaborative funding for a Just Transition.
The design circle will use the input submitted through July 20th via this Google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18IJzMwr_QvyQoP5qGodkr3ksRndc3EA1IecEKLjyybk/edit#heading=h.fpod0qgq0qyj as the basis for a proposal that addresses questions such as:
– Who is eligible to request funding?
– What kinds of activities do we want to fund?
– How will people request a share of the pool?
– Who will decide how the pool gets allocated? What will the process be for making the allocation decision?
