Adapting a Network’s Theory of Change to your Network
This community conversation focuses on exploring how networks create change. Amelia Pape and Carri Munn from Converge will share experiences from multiple projects collaborating with teams to adapt Converge’s Networks Theory of Change to their network. We’ll share the process and successes co-creating a shared theory of change with network leaders. We’ll also explore some challenges in engaging with complex storytelling and connecting a network’s theory of change to a developmental evaluation framework.

Collective Mind hosts regular Community Conversations with and for our global learning community of network practitioners, each led by a different network practitioner on a topic, methodology, or tool related to networks. These interactive sessions are a space for network practitioners to connect with peers, share ideas and challenges, and cultivate solutions to common problems experienced by networks and network practitioners.
