The last CoLab newsletter had some broken links so we are sending it again. Sorry for the incovenience!

The Transition Movement

The Transition Movement has launched an online campaign to help people to learn to "do transition" in communities. They have a website and newsletter that will enable people to embark on rewarding learning journeys.

They seek to answer the fundamental questions;
  • How do we become more than consumers?
  • How do we train ourselves for post-capitalism?
  • How do we get involved to create local communities characterised by wellbeing and resilience?
Just dipping ones toes, or delving deep, each practice offers a range of ways in which one can learn about them. There are events coming up in April that people can sign up for now.

Diversity and Decolonization

The International Permaculture CoLab recognises that permaculture history, ethics, principles and practices have deep roots in many indigenous cultures.

This section of our newsletter is dedicated to addressing gaps in knowledge, highlighting resources and important work. We seek to promote, share and support diversity and decolonization projects, organisations and shared knowledge around the world that are aligned with our vision of a socially just world where we live in harmony with nature.
